FAYLIN was hustled into the lead at once and, shaking off the others on the far turn, held the race safe thereafter. LANIER was close up throughout, could not reach the winner, but was much the best of the others. MY COMPANION improved his position and outfinished the others in the stretch. EYE WHITE saved ground in the stretch. RAFFLER CON was going well at the end. LEADER finished with a belated rush on the outside. QUICK THINKER tired badlv after reaching the stretch. PERFECT ALIBI was closing fast an eighth out when blocked, but came strongly thereafter. SKIPAWAY was carried wide into the stretch, but continued gamely. FALLEN LEAF met interference on the far turn when AMOUR crossed in front of her and finished tiring. VENAROCK showed earlv speed. PRETTY PATSY moved up rounding the far turn, easily disposed of the balance, but could never improved her position. PAN raced fairly well up to the stretch head, then quit as did PURLIE after having shown early speed. BIG STICK closed much ground in the last half mile. MYOPIA acted badly at the post.
