REICHERTS DUE AT HIALEAH Belleville Turfmen Ship String From Tanforan to Miami Course Strengthen Western Force. MIAMI, Fla., Jan. 4. W. C. Reichert, who campaigned one of the most powerful racing establishments in Chicago last summer, has left California for Miami with eight horses, which will race at Hialeah Park this winter. Racing secretary John S. Wallace received a wire today requesting a number of stalls for the Reichert horses, which will include the prominent handicap performers Brown Wisdom and My Dandy. The decision of the western establishment to forsake Pacific Coast racing will be welcomed at Hialeah, and their selected string will add much strength to the handicap division scheduled to race for, handsome stake offerings of the Miami Jockey Club. Brown Wisdom displayed good form at Tanforan this fall. He was second to Hand to Hand in the Inaugural Handicap, and won the Audrey Farm Craft and Daly City Handicap at the West Coast meeting. His summer campaign was marked by a string of handicap victories at Lincoln Fields and Hawthorne. My Dandy also won at Tanforan. "The Reichert horses will strengthen the western forces in their inters ectional engagements against the strong eastern contingent already on the grounds," predicted judge Wallace. "We exp ct several other prominent western stables to ship their winter strings here, and the rivalry between East and West should be particularly keen this winter."
