ARRAS BARGAIN HORSE MIAMI, Fla., Jan. 4. Arras, which won the New Years Day Handicap, was one of the bargains picked up through the claiming route. Since Joe Morris took him over on September 27, Arras won four races, finished second six times and was twice third. He was out of the money but once in thirteen starts.
