HOT SPRINGS SITUATION HOT SPRINGS, Ark., Jan. 4. Mayor Leo P. McLaughlin, who recently returned home from a honeymoon trip, was quoted as saying definitely that Hot Springs will have racing for a period of thirty days this year. The dates have not been decided upon. "We will have straight betting; there will be no machines," is another remark of a positive character attributed to the mayor.
