HANFORD GETS WATCH HAVRE DE GRACE, Md.. May 2.— Jockey B. "Buddy" Hanford clearly proved his right to earn the 00 gold stop watch that was -offered by general manager Edward Burke 4 for the leading winning rider at Havre de Grace. Hanford began Saturdays racing deadlocked with jockey J. Gilbert, with twelve victories each, but Hanford moved to the front when he accounted for the final two races with J. Parmalees Impish and F. G. Hallers War Saint.
