OFFICIALS AT HAGERSTOWN BALTIMORE, Md., May 11.— President Harry Edward Bester of the Hagerstown Fair Association today announced the officials who will be in charge of the five-day meeting, beginning May 17, at Hagerstown. The list follows: Stewards: H. W. Blunt, Jr., Cumberland; H. E. Bester, Hagerstown, and George Brown, Jr., Baltimore. Judges: M. Shea and Fred H. Parks, Baltimore; William Doyle, Laurel, and George Snow, Toronto. Patrol judges: John Brennan and W. Kil-roy, Baltimore. Veterinarians: Dr. Henry J. McCarthy, Baltimore, and Dr. Sullivan, Hagerstown. Pari-mutuel manager: Mortimer M. Ma-honey, Baltimore. Timer: William Shrewbridge, Baltimore. Starter: Edward S. Welter, Baltimore. Assistant starters: Bob Freund, Jay Ally and William Schmerhorn. Custodian of jockeys room: Jesse Ben-net, Baltimore. Patrol leader: Roy C. "Happy" Gordon, Baltimore. Paddock judge: J. D.
