[ TORONTO RACING NOTES f $ and Tetradite, a filly by Synorix and Novice II., Syndic, a grey colt by the same sire from the mare Sneezer II., and another grey colt Syn-gor, by Synorix from Ugo II., the property of Mrs. Webster, have been turned over to W. Walsh of Montreal to train. These three thoroughbreds wintered at Maitland, Ont, are held in high regard and have been reported as going a quarter mile in :23 last fall. The W. L. Brodie string, headed by Louis Merryman, will be shipped from Pimlico to Thornclitfe Friday. Jockey "Wally" Magner will accompany the shipment Jockey Ross Duggan is affiliated with the stable of W. J. Skene at Woodbine Park. Howard Munson, who recently took over the W. E. Bulmer string, is well fortified with riding talent having jockeys J. Gwynne and J. Mulrooney employed at the present time.
