TURF CENTENARIAN DIES TORONTO, Ont, May 11.— There were expressions of keen regret at local courses this morning among the old timers when it was learned that "Dad" Quick, veteran saddlemaker, had passed away in Vancouver, B. C. "Dad" Quick, known wherever horses are raced on the North American continent, was one of the real veterans of the sport, and was 111 years old at the time of death.
