HAWTHORNE TURF NOTES . Jockey L. Humphries returned from Ken-ilworth Park and resumed riding Monday. Jockey Wayne Wright, who suffered a broken collarbone in a recent fall, has fully recovered and will return to the saddle later in the week. R. E. Potts will ship the seven horses that he is training for Mrs. C. Crane and P. A. Markey to Havre de Grace at the end of the meeting. Jockey T. Salazar reported at the jockeys room too ill to ride and cancelled his mounts. Jack McCue, who several years ago raced Lord Herbert, Lord Wrack and other useful horses, was an arrival from Asheville, N. C, where he was recently discharged from the U. S. V. Hospital. He is considering several i offers to train small strings.
