CURACAO, away well, but shuffled back early, went to the outside of the leaders in the stretch andj wore down MASKED KNIGHT in the final drive. The latter raced forwardly from the start, moved into; command with a rush on the stretch turn and held on well. JAMISON, slow to start, responded to urging when called upon. FREDRICK forced the early pace from the start, disposed of FLYING SAILOR, then quit.-JIM ROBIN closed a gap. BROWN WREN had no mishaps. FASHION SHOW had no mishaps. ST. FRANCIS jumped well. GREEN CHEESE moved up fast for a turn of the field, but landed poorly at the twelfth fence and tired badly. CREE lost his rider at the fifteenth fence.
