CEE TEE IN COP WORKOUT Fisher Contender and Border Warrant Given Final Training Gallops Latonia Track Slow. .LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 8. Cee Tee, C. T. Fishers three-year-old, which finished fourth in the Latonia Championship Stakes and Border Warrant, Irish-bred of the same age, and owned by Raoul Walsh, were put through their final gallops for the Latonia Cup Handicap this morning. Border Warrant went the two miles and one-quarter of the Cup event, which will be renewed Saturday, closing day of the meeting, and Cee Tee was worked two miles. Running on a slow track, Borfler Warrant went in 4:13 and Cee Tee got over the two miles of dull going in 3:43. Both were rated along under handy holds throughout. Cee Tee negotiated the first quarter in :26, half mile in :54, three-quarters in 1:22, and the mile in 1:50. He was timed in 2:17 for one mile and one-quarter, in 2:46 for the one mile and one-half, and in 3 14 for the mile and three quarters. The fractional times for Border Warrant were quarter in :27, half mile in :54, three-quarters in 1:21, mile in :49, mile and a quarter in 2:18, mile and a half in 2:46, mile and three-quarters in 3:15, and two miles in 3:43.
