BREEDERS REFUSE OFFER TORONTO, Ont., Nov. 8 At the return meeting of representatives of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association and the different operators of tracks in the province of Ontario no representatives being present for any of the A. M. Orphen tracks, held Monday afternoon, Mr. A. E. Dyment, acting as chairman of the meeting and representing the Canadian Racing Associations, reported as follows: At the meeting of the C. R. A. held this morning it had been decided to take in the Long Branch and Kenilworth associations and, if the breeders wished to have one representative on the C. R. A., it was acceptable to that organization. Mr. H. C. Hatch, on behalf of the Thoroughbred Breeders Association, advised the meeting that this offer was not-acceptable, as representation on such a board entailed certain responsibilities which could not be assumed by one representative on a board of eight or nine.
