j BAN CHIEFS TEOUBADOR BALTIMORE Md May 9 The result of the investigation of the running of the sixth race at Pimlico Tuesday in which jockey R Merritt was temporarily suspended for an alleged unsatisfactory ride on Chiefs Trou bador was lifted before the running of the first race Wednesday by the stewards all blame being placed entirely on the condition of the horse The entry of Chiefs Troubador has been ordered refused for the remainder of the meeting and a report will be made to the Maryland Racing Commission that this refusal of the right to run be continued until such time as the veterinarian approves of his being started
