I LEXINGTON TURF NOTES John Oliver Keene Is shipping his Keene land Stud a stable of an even dozen horses to be campaigned at the long Detroit meet ¬ ing Keene a veteran of many years experi ¬ ence will personally handle the training of the horses which have had their pre ¬ liminary work over the private course at Keeneland and are within about two weeks of racing condition The horses being shipped are the sixyearold Santon five yearold Don Romiro fouryearolds Injus ¬ tice Blue Emperor and Vespucci threeyear olds Disaster Cuirassier Phalarope and Rolo and the twoyearold fillies Wilder ¬ ness Way Pansy Purple and Pops Betty Disaster has been gelded since his arrival from Miami where he raced last winter Vespucci also has been gelded
