A J PERSHALL DIES COLLINSVILLE 111 June 9 Horsemen and friends were shocked to learn of the sudden death of A J Pershall Saturday morning Pershall was at the track Friday and entered Grand Union and Tiger John for Saturdays card He raced horses re ¬ cently under the name of the Blue Star Sta ¬ ble and also trained some horses for his wife Funeral arrangements have not been announced but he will be buried from St Louis his home He Is survived by his widow and one son William
