MODIFY JORDON RULING KANSAS CITY Mo June 13 After a thorough investigation in the ruling made against owner C L Jordon and the horses Jib Boom and Texas Knight the stewards today modified the ruling and instead of ruling Jordon and the horses off the turf they decided to suspend them for thirty days The ruling takes effect June 9 It came out at the investigation that Jordon a com ¬ paratively green man in the racing game was unduly influenced by employes in his stable
