WARN OWNERS AND TRAINERS FORT ERIE, Ont, July 11.— The following notice was posted on the bulletin board in the secretarys office this morning. "From the saliva tests made from a number of horses racing on the Independent Canadian Racing Association tracks, it would seem that tonics and stimulants have been given to quite a number of horses. "This is to warn all owners and trainers that any tonic or stimulant of any kind given to a horse, from which the saliva test shows that a stimulant has been administered, will result in drastic action by the committee. "In addition, of course, anyone known to have administered an opiate to a horse racing under our jurisdiction at any time will be severely dealt with. "Issued by the Committee."
