CHANDLERS FIRST MOUNT ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., July 11 — Apprentice Marvin Chandler, who came here recently from Riverside Park, Mo., had his first mount of the meeting on Brother Ben in the fourth race Wednesday. Chandler, who is eighteen years old and a product of Sapulpa. Okla., is well thought of by the horsemen who have witnessed his riding. The youngster is under contract to B. Endo-vina.
