TOUTS RULED OFF SALEM, N. H.. July 21.— A notice posted in the secretarys office at Rockingham Park follows: "Jacob Adelman and Ml Grossman, both of Brooklyn, N. Y., and operating under the name of Jack Adams, are ruled off. These men, after apprehension by track detectives, admitted the publication and distribution by mail of a Jack Adams form letter, which claimed that leading officials, owners, trainers and riders at Rockingham Park were assisting them in putting over exceptional good things."
