CALIFORNIAS RACING PROFITS LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 21.— The state department of finance stated here today that pari-mutuel betting in California thus far has brought 58,348.08 into the treasury. The California state fair will receive 00,000 from the mutuel take. For appropriation by the legislature of educational institutions, 6,091.45 has been set aside. The same amount will be devoted to unemployment relief. The balance will be used for expenses. As at least three more tracks are scheduled to open late this year and early next year, greater revenue to the state is expected.
