WRIGHT CHANGES PLANS ARLINGTON HEIGHTS III July 28 A change in plans sends Warren Wrights sta ¬ ble trained by Bert Williams arid compris ¬ ing fourteen head to Narragansett Park instead of Saratoga Williams has com ¬ pleted arrangements to get away for the new seaboard course tomorrow night The several Wright horses with stakes engage ¬ ments at Saratoga will be shipped to the Spa track within a few days of their eii gagements immediately following which they return to Narragansett Park Jockey Eddie Arcaro who is under engagement to the stable reports to Williams at the Rhode Island track Wednesday
