BILLS FOR NEW FAIR SPRINGFIELD, 111., April 12. Two bills were introduced in the Illinois legislature today by Representative B. S. Adamowski, authorizing another exposition on the site of a Century of Progress on Chicagos lake front. Both bills were said to be indorsed by Mayor Edward S. Kelly? The first bill authorizes the Chicago park board to grant a private exhibition company to build the fair and the second bill is the regulations on which such a company would operate.
