NEAL RESUMES RIDING SAN MATEO, Calif., April 15. Virgil Neal, apprentice rider under contract to Ross Cooper, resumed riding yesterday. Neal had been out of the saddle since early in the Tanforan season because of a broken collar bone incurred in an accident at the start.
