INAUGURAL HANDICAP ARLINGTON, Texas, Oct. 21. Bringing together some of the leading younger prospects of winter racing, the ,000 added Inaugural Handicap, tomorrows introductory feature of the Texas Jockey Clubs autumn meeting of thirty-three days, is expected to prove one of the warmest contests of the Arlington Downs session.
