LIFT BAN ON WHERE AWAY LAUREL, Md., Oct 21. After investigation of the poor performance shown by Anthony Pelleteris Where Away in the Westminster Handicap at Laurel on October 10, the stewards of the Maryland State Fair, Inc., upon report of Dr. Henry J. McCarthy, who furnished advice on the horses treatment for kidney trouble, gave a clean bill of health to the four-year-old, lifting the ban which existed since the day of the race in question.
