JOCKEY GILBERT SET DOWN LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 21. The Keeneland stewards issued the following ruling: "On the report of the patrol judge, jockey J. Gilbert is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for knocking Wise Dart off her stride and deliberately striking her head twice with his whip during the running of the first race. Gilbert rode Upper Berth."
