TOP ROW AND STABLEMATES REACH ARLINGTON DOWNS ARLINGTON, Texas, Oct. 21. More sta-: bles, more jockeys and apprentices and more turf followers reached the scene of the Southwests most important racing today. JThe outstanding addition to the galaxy of racing stars to be seen during the thirty-three days was Top Row, winner of the 00,000 Santa Anita Handicap last February, and current favorite for the 5,000 added Waggoner Memorial Handicap, prinT cipal Arlington Downs autumn fixture which last fall went to the gallant son of Peanuts. Top Row, owned by Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Baroni and nine stable companions came through in a fast trip from Belmont Park In good shape, according to Baroni, who supervised their unloading:
