PIKESVILLE SALES SUCCESSFUL CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., Dec. 8. Humphrey Finney, field secretary of the Mary-lnd Horse Breeders Asociation, who is on a visit of various breeding farms in Virginia and West Virginia, was present for the sport Thursday. He reported that the yearlings sales held in the Pikesville Armory at Baltimore was a huge success, and plans are being formulated for the session to be held next year.
