BOBBY CONLEY FINED 00 NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 8. The Louisiana Jockey Club stewards announced that a fine of 00 had been assessed on apprentice Bobby Conley for the employment of rough tactics while astride Polly Hastings, which finished second in the opening race on the. card. Polly Hastings was adjudged guilty of impeding Listaro, the ultimate winner, during the stretch run.
