CHICAGOS MAYORALTY BATTLE A four-cornered battle in Chicagos mayoralty primary was assured today with the announcement that States Attorney Thomas J. Courtney will toss his hat into the ring. Pitted against the prosecutor on the Democratic ticket is Mayor Edward J. Kelly, seeking re-nomination. On the Republican side former District Attorney Dwight H. Green faces William Hale "Big Bill" Thompson, three-time mayor, returning to the political wars after eight years in the background.
