J CLOSE ENTRIES AT 1 0 : 0 0 A. M. MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 29. Racing secretary Robert S. Shelley, from his office in the administration building at Tropical Park, announced that entries will be closed at 10 a. m. on New Years morning for the following days program. On New Years Day the first race will be called to the post at 10:15 a. m. and scratch time has been set for 8:30 a. m.
