CONFLICTING CHINESE NEWS LONDON, England, Dec. 30 Wang Ching-Wei, former chief of the Chinese Executive Yuan Committee, has expresed to Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek the opinion that China should negotiate peace with Japan, an Exchange Telegraph dispatch from Hong Kong said today. Wang Ching-Weis departure from Chungking, provisional Chinese capital, this week, caused a great deal of speculation in foreign circles. While Wang is reputed to be tile leader of the Chinese peace faction, Generalissimo Kai-Shek asserted that Wangs trip to French Indo-China was for health, reasons only.
