GOVERNOR CHANDLER VISITOR ; NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 30. Governor A. B. "Happy" Chandler, Kentuckys sport-loving chief executive, arrived here today from the Blue Grass State. He took advantage of the fine weather to play a round of golf with Col. Seymour Weiss, Louisiana political leader, and tomorrow goes to Baton Rouge for the Louisville Du Pont-New London, Conn., championship high school football game. While in the Louisiana capital Governor Chandler will be the guest of Governor Richard B. Leche.
