MAGIC HOUR DECLARED OUT ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 30. Magic Hour, from the stable of Louis B. Mayer, is ther first horse to be definitely declared out of the 00,000 Santa Anita Handicap. The winner of the Lawrence Realization went wrong in training a couple of weeks ago, bowing a tendon. He was in charge of trainer L. Copenhaver, who conditions part of the Mayer string. "Pinky" Grimes is the other Mayer trainer.
