LICENSE COMMITTEE MEETS LEXINGTON, Ky., April 10 Stewards C. Bruce Head and William H. Shelley, members of the license committee of the state racing commission came over from Louisville for a meeting of that body today. Due to the illness of his mother, judge Samuel C. Nuckols, the other member of the committee, was unable to be present. The report of the committee will be submitted to the racing commission at a meeting to be held here Wednesday night.
