FOREST W. DAVIS DNDICTED NEW YORK, N. Y., April 10. Superseding one of three other indictments against former Federal Judge Martin T. Manton, a new indictment yesterday linked with him Forest W. Davis, an accountant, in bribery charges. The indictment makes no change in previous charges against Manton, but adds the name of Davis as a defendant.
