BULL GOING TO SPA SPANEW NEW YORK N Y May 22 President George H Bull of the Saratoga Racing Asso ¬ ciation will spend the coming weekend at the Spa getting things lined up for the forthcoming work in connection with the summer meeting of the upstate course John H Morris secretarytreasurer of the Spa track also will go to Saratoga and discuss traffic problems at that course with Capt George Salmon of the Pinkertons and Public Safety Commissioner Arthur J Leonard Mr Bull and Mr Norris will consult with others while there thereHerman Herman Frank mutuel manager at Aque ¬ duct and his chief lieutenant Lou Walger have about completed the setup of trie seven mutuel units at that track It will be similar to the mutuel layout at Jamaica
