HER GUARDIAN was sprinted into command after the start and, well suited in the going, won with speed in reserve. NOVEMBER improved her position steadily and, saving ground entering the stretch, finished with good courage. EQUAL CHANCE began slowly and finished determinedly through the stretch. SWEET REPOSE showed an even effort throughout. LONG RANGE moved up fast on the outside after the start, then tired. SCOUT REAL showed an even effort. SWINDON saved ground. MACS LAST was unable to keep up. PRANCE ON had no mishaps. AGGRESSIVE was never a factor. GREAT HORDE was knocked out of contention after the start. DOC COBBE was outrun. ARIEL TOY was sent into command after the start and, suited in the going, drew away to finish with speed in reserve. HEATHTOWN was a prominent factor from the start and responded when urged, but could not menace the winner. CLASSIC BEAUTY, in near pursuit of the early pace, tired in the final eighth and outlasted TAXES. The latter was sent throueh on the inside entering the stretch and had no mishaps. RANCHOS BOY made up some ground on the outside. DAN CUPID showed a good effort throughout. STORM ORPHAN saved ground throughout. CAPT. JAMES was never a strong factor. BOBS BOYS had no speed. HIGH LUCK was unable to improve position. MEADOW COURT had no mishaps. DRUDGERY was rushed up fast on the outside after the start, then hune in the iinal eighth. ISAROMA had no mishaps. MARJORIE S. raced evenly throughout. PHARO TATTLER had no mishaps. TRIMLY, from a , slow start, closed with a rush on the inside in the stretch run. THE FOP raced well and had no mishaps. EQUALIZE was rushed into command rounding the first turn, showed speed and then quit. PEEP SHOW was unsuited in the going and was never a factor. Overweight — Equalize, 1 pound.
