Brood Mare Finally Foals ARLINGTON, Texas, May 9.— Bud Bur-mesters Fair Play mare Drat, after keeping her owner and everyone at Top o the Hill Stock Farm in a state of expectancy for one month, finally dropped a colt by Phar-anor. The newcomer has a blaze face and one white foot. Drat, who is out of Dragnet, bv Rock Sand, will be bred to Nedayr.
