Reappoint Wheeling Judges WHEELING. W. Va.. May 9.— Three men who served as judges during the fall meeting of 1941 at Wheeling Downs have been reappointed for the spring campaign opening on May 28. The West Virginia Racing Commission has approved the selection of John P. Turner, Jr.. of New York, William M. Shewbridge of Baltimore and Frank Basnett of Wheeling to govern the finish of the sport at the Downs.
