Head in Stand for Oaks LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 9.— C. Bruce Head, presiding steward at Churchill Downs and Lincoln Fields, arrived here from the latter oval today. Judge Head witnessed the sixty-eighth running of the Kentucky Oaks and then plans to return to the Crete track. During judge Heads absence from Churchill Downs, Samuel H. McMeekin will serve as presiding steward.
