SIS WAGNER saved ground to the turn for home, then closed stoutly on the outside of her opposition and got up in the last stride. SPAN-I.EE displayed the most early speed, saved ground in the stretch and held on determinedly in the final test. COLONEL MARTIS began slowly, but came with a nA on the outside through the stretch, finishing fast. UNCLE JULY raced into contention entering the stretch and held on well to the end. HENRY M. raced well up throughout and also held on well to the end. SYLVAINE finished strongly. The others tired. DINNER HORN closed stoutly on the out-ide entering the stretch and, continuing stronely in the run home, outstayed NAN STEIN in the final drive. NAN STEIN worked her way up in close quarters next to the inner rail through the stretch and held on well to the end. DIMPLE saved ground until midway of the stretch, then came to the outside of opposition and finished strongly. SNOW FLOWER displayed the most early speed, but tired in the last sixteenth. LADY LUCILLE closed much ground and finished stoutly. CELESTI F. unseated rider nearing the post and ran off seven-eighths before being captured. TEMPTING WITCH tired in the stretch. BE PREPARED displayed the most speed at -ill stages and was never in trouble. GALLANT GLANCE steadily improved position while working way up on the outside and outgamed THETA GIRL. The latter raced forwardly from the start and had no mishaps. BLOSSOM QUEEN was never far from the leaders, but could never improve her position. GRACE K. saved ground all through the stretch and finished resolutely. SPIN IN began slowly and could never eet up. COUNTESS ABBOT tired in the last quarter. JOE GREENOCK opened up an easy early lead, but tired in the final seventy yards when the winner challenged. BLACK BRUMMEL raced forwardly throughout »nd had no excuses. ROCK MAKER made a threatening bid while rounding the stretch turn and saved ground, but failed to improve position. RAYMOND showed early speed, but tired. MARIE OLYMPIA was always outrun. ONETTE closed up strongly on the outside rounding the far turn and, continuing strongly through the stretch, drew out into an easy lead nearing the end. GOLDEN RAPIER displaced WILD CALL from the lead after going the first half and easily held the others safe in the stretch. LITTON HICKMAN closed a wide gap and outstayed BELLE TOWN during the run home. The latter raced into third place entering the stretch and held on fairly well to the end. WILD CALL displayed early speed, but tired, as did JEAN LEE. BIENCHANCE stumbled and fell in the first eighth. Scratched— 187212Secret Lover. 111. BUSBY got into trouble on the far turn, but came fast when clear in the stretch. TOPWAY tired in the last quarter.
