Bringing Back Memories BALTIMORE, Md., May 9.— Willie Doyle, who rode Effendi to victory in the 1909 running of the Preakness, served as a patrol judge for the fifty-second running of the race, and D. Hoffman, who was astride Rhine Maiden in 1915, witnessed this years renewal from a grandstand seat.
