Stephen 7. Burke Dies NEW YORK, N. Y.f May 11— Stephen J. Burke, brother of Edward Burke, general manager of the Havre de Grace and Delaware Park tracks, died early this morning in Polyclinic Hospital, in his 70th year. The deceased was well known in racing circles, for, besides being associated with his brother for a time in the business office of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association, he had also been connected with the mutuel plant of many major tracks. The remains are lying at Fairchild Funeral Chapel, 86 Lef-ferts Place, Brooklyn, from where the funeral will take place Wednesday morning, to the Church of the Nativity, for requiem mass at 10 a. m., with interment in MacTellah Cemetery, Union City, N. J. Besides his brother, Edward, he is survived by his wife, Lillian; a son, William, one other brother and five sisters.
