SUGARAGE set the pace to the stretch under pressure from LE CHAT, disposed of the latter and held PURPLE WRACK safe. PURPLE WRACK came determinedly in the drive but could not set up to the winner. GALLANT HOUR finished strongly under good handling. EXTEND, far back early, closed with a rush. LONG LANE had no mishaps. HADMORE tired. STRAIGHT THRU began slowly. The latter, never far back and well placed throughout, came stoutly when hard urged in the stretch and was getting to the winner at the end. TRUSTWORTHY raced evenly for the entire trip. ROCKWICK saved ground when outrun to the final tuin, then closed eamely under punishment. EVER AFTER finished fast after startine slowly. BOOTER Mc tired after five-eighths. RED HORIZON, alertly handled, vtook command after going a quarter, held a clear lead when settled for the drive, but had to be hard ridden to hold OFF KEY safe. The latter, never far back and within striking distance of the pacemakeri to the final turn, came stoutly in the stretch and was-getting to the winner at the close. PIPLAD began slowly and worked his way up steadily, finishing fast under punishment. MIZZLE could not better his position when hard urged in the final quarter. GRAY ROMANCE raced evenly and had no mishaps. JUST RAINEY finished fast after beginning slowly. MUSKRAT showed little. MULLIGATAWNEY retired after racing forwardly placed for five-eighths. KEEP FLYING, perfectly ridden, took command at the start and, after shaking off MISS MARY JO in the stretch, held on determinedly to withstand TIME WAS. The latter, never far back, came to the outside for the drive- and finished, stoutly under punishment. GALAPROX improved his position steadily to the stretch, then- closed gamely under strong handling. HAVAHEART raced evenly throughout and had no excuse. FREE SPEECH, in tight quarters for three-eighths, closed fast when clear. JAYAKAY could not better his position under a good ride. MISS MARY JO raced in closest pursuit of KEEP FLYING to the final eighth, then gave way. DARBY DIADEM was never prominent. PERFECT SCORE displayed brief early speed. FOR BETTER raced greenly.
