Kyne Willing to Cooperate LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 17.— The recent statement by Jerry iGesler, chairman of the California Horse Racing Board, that he would not act on the California Jockey Clubs formal application for fall dates at Bay Meadows until Hollywood Parks status with the Army had been cleared, brought forth a statement from general manager Bill Kyne of Bay Meadows that he would be willing to cooperate with the Hollywood Park management if they were successful in obtaining permission to race. Kyne seemed to be of the opinion that if racing was to be conducted at the Inglewood course the meeting would get under way some time in August. Kyne has applied for October 2 as the opening date at the Meadows.
