T. Young Returning to Downs Following Lincolns Closing STICKNEY. 111., June 17— Tom Young. track superintendent at Churchill Downs and Lincoln Fields, is leaving Chicago this week-end for his home in Louisville and said that the care of the Lincoln Fields" track will be left in the hands of the regular crew there. Young will be kept busy at Churchill Downs much of the summer, but will make occasional trips here, he said. Young asserted that there may be more than 400 horses quartered at Lincoln Fields during the 67 days of racing at Washington I Park and that during that time the track i will be kept in perfect condition for train- ing.
