Rearrangement of Officials AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 17.— Due to the illness of Al Burlen, clerk of the scales at all the New York courses for many years, a temporary rearrangement of officials has been made necessary. George Hyland is acting as clerk of the scales, Frank Keogh as assistant paddock judge to Myron Davis and both are acting as patrol judges along with W. W. Long, formerly of George Cassidys starting crew, and Lucas Dupps, former jockey and outrider.
