Mexico City Rulings MEXICO CITY, Mexico, June 17.— The stewards for the Mexico City Jockey Club released the following rulings: "For not keeping his mount straight in the stretch in the first race on June 12, jockey A. Vilches is fined 50." "For not keeping his mount straight in the home stretch in the sixth race on June 12, jockey J. Martini is fined 50." Signed, Chester C. Jones, Manuel Campero, Alvin Morgan.
