Murphy Chase Steward DETROIT, Mich., June 17.— Judge Joseph A* Murphy, steward representing tha Michigan State Racing Commission, re- j ceived word today that he has been appointed steward to represent the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association at the Detroit Fair Grounds.
